Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 business days from the delivery date. Please review our exclusions for items that are ineligible for return or exchange.

For return inquiries, contact our online sales team at clintonremington@outlook.com to receive return authorization. We'll provide instructions for sending your package back. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return requirements. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If the product meets our criteria, we’ll process a refund for the purchase price, minus shipping and processing fees, to the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for refund processing.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation Policy

A 15% restocking fee applies to all orders, whether shipped or not. Orders made through PayPal, Affirm, Acima, Afterpay, etc., are subject to an additional 5% merchant fee.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact our online sales team at clintonremington@outlook.com with your order number or proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the exchange request. Ship the item back to us once authorized, and upon acceptance, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase amount for use toward a new item.
